Lead Finder
Lead Finder discovers companies and contacts matching a segment, enriches them with additional data, and lets the AI qualify each one before you spend outreach effort on it.
How a job runs
A Lead Finder job moves through phases:
- Searching: company discovery (for example via Google Maps).
- Query generation: turning your target audience definition into concrete search queries.
- Enriching: a waterfall of enrichment sources fills in missing data (contact details, firmographics) for each company.
- Snov.io sync: Wrenwire creates the campaign on your own Snov.io account and adds the qualified prospects to it, so your message sequences can actually reach them.
Jobs move through statuses (draft, queued, running, completed, paused) so you can see where a batch is at any time.
AI research and qualification
You can define research questions the AI answers per company from its own website (for example, “does this company sell physical products or services?”). Each company processed this way costs one AI call. The cost preview shows the estimate before you run it, and the real cost is metered from your credits afterward.
Prospects are marked qualified, disqualified, or enriched based on your criteria, so only prospects worth contacting reach the send.
Getting prospects into outreach
Once prospects are qualified, Wrenwire hands them to a campaign on your own Snov.io account and runs it there automatically; you can also export the list, for example for cold calling. Before the sync, you can generate merge-variable content for each prospect (greetings, personalized openers) so the message sequences they receive don’t read as generic.
Lead Finder respects the suppression list automatically. An address that opted out of any previous campaign is filtered out before the hand-off, every time.
