Credits are points, not hidden currency

Credits are billing points consumed by actions in the product. Every action has a fixed cost shown before you run it, and a full campaign (from idea to message series) is about 100 credits. The AI journal shows every spend, split into generation and verification.

Pricing questions

Do prices include VAT?

No: prices are net. VAT is added at checkout according to the buyer’s country and status. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Poland pay the net amount under the reverse-charge mechanism.

What are credits, and what happens when they run out?

Credits are points consumed by AI actions: you see the cost of every action before you run it. When the credits for a billing period are used up, your campaigns, data and drafts are safe. Nothing disappears: you can move to a higher plan or wait for the credits to renew.
