Glossary

The names in the interface are fixed and used consistently in one sense. Here is what they mean and where they appear in the product.

Campaign and preparation

Product canvas The short description of what you sell that every campaign is built on. You fill it in once and later campaigns draw on it. Without it there is nothing to derive target segments or copy from.

Campaign brief The first step of the wizard: the goal, who you are speaking to, what you offer, and what you deliberately do not do. A brief covers one campaign, whereas the product canvas describes the product.

Target segment A distinct group of recipients a campaign aims at. The AI proposes the split, you approve or change it.

Persona The profile of a decision maker inside a target segment: what they do, what they answer for, and what convinces them. The persona drives which arguments appear in messages and in the call script.

Value proposition A statement of the benefit for one specific target segment. A campaign usually carries several and compares them against each other.

Audience intelligence The stage where the system gathers and organises what is known about the market and the audience, before any copy exists.

Prospects

Prospect finder The module that finds companies and people matching a target segment, enriches the data and scores the fit.

Research run A single execution of the prospect finder: phrases and an area go in, companies and contacts come out. Distinct from the name of the module.

Post listening Keyword search across LinkedIn posts, to reach people who have just raised a given topic.

Inflection variants Grammatical forms of the same word supplied to the search. Matching at the data provider is literal, so inflection has to be spelled out.

Messages

Message sequence A set of consecutive messages to one target segment in one channel, together with the delays between them.

Quality review The automatic scoring of every draft before you see it. Weak versions are dropped and the rest arrive with notes.

Breakup message The last message in a sequence, sent after no reply, closing the thread.

Email fallback An email sent when contact through LinkedIn did not come about.

Cold calling The telephone channel. The product prepares material and exports; it does not dial.

Call script A single document walking through a conversation for one persona. Distinct from the name of the channel.

Sending and deliverability

Suppression list The register of addresses that must not be contacted again. It applies across the whole organization rather than one campaign, and the filter runs before every hand-off of contacts to sending.

Deliverability The ability of a message to reach the inbox rather than the spam folder.

Sending domain A separate domain used only for cold outreach, so that reputation problems do not touch your main domain.

Sender mailbox The email account messages go out from.

Mailbox warm-up Gradually increasing volume from a new mailbox over the first weeks, so it does not look like a source of bulk sending. Progress is shown as day X of Y.

Daily sending limit The maximum number of messages leaving one mailbox in a day.

Domain authentication The SPF, DKIM and DMARC records proving you are entitled to send from a domain.

Process and billing

Automated process A sequence of steps the system runs without you, up to the point where a decision is needed.

Generation and verification The two cost categories in the AI journal. Generation is producing content, verification is checking it. This is a split of spend, not the name of a feature.

Credit rollover Unused credits carry into the next billing period instead of expiring.

Balance cap The ceiling a credit balance grows to under rollover.

Start over Deleting a campaign’s generated material while keeping the campaign, the brief and the product canvas. Different from deleting a campaign, which removes everything.

Interface

Control tower The screen you land on after signing in: what is waiting for a decision, the state of your campaigns, and what the system is doing right now.

Setup checklist The ordered path from an empty account to your first send.

Guided mode The narrowed interface for a new account, showing only what the current stage needs.

Advanced mode The full interface, available behind a toggle.
